More than a consultancy. More than an agency.
Just Gold is Australia's first management consultancy and creative agency certified as a social enterprise. We are Autistic and LGBTIQA+ owned and led.
Where Just Gold started
In 2008, founder Kyriakos Gold set out to give underrepresented multicultural communities the tools to tell their own stories and challenge the status quo. That work became Just Gold Productions, which brought strategy, media and social purpose together.
Producing digital stories and campaigns for clients showed us what the sector was missing: equitable access, inclusive leadership and structural change.
From production house to social enterprise
We launched Just Gold Digital Agency as a for profit social enterprise in 2018. In 2019 Social Traders certified us, making Just Gold the first management consultancy and creative agency in Australia to be certified as a social enterprise.
In 2024 we formalised the model we run today: a commercial consultancy and creative agency working alongside the Aurum Foundation, a separate registered charity. Where others scaled up creative production, we built a business in which strategy, storytelling and systems change pay for public good.
We now deliver projects for government, business, movements and communities across Australia and overseas.
How our social enterprise model works
Our commercial work funds our impact work. Four commitments shape every engagement.
- Talent equity. We create paid roles for professionals who have faced systemic barriers to employment, including disabled people, neurodivergent people, migrants, women returning to the workforce and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Commercial delivery. We provide consulting, strategy, production and advisory services to local and state governments, national service providers, social enterprises and ethical corporates. Clients get the work they need and build social value into their procurement.
- Purpose led access. Where traditional funding falls short, we offer accessible or pro bono services to organisations and campaigns with aligned values and strong potential for social impact.
- Systemic interventions. We identify issues that need public attention and start our own initiatives on visibility, policy gaps and cultural exclusion. We do not wait to be commissioned to act on injustice.
The Impact page explains who the model benefits and how we measure it.
Vision
A just world. Access to opportunity for all.
Mission
To make high quality strategy, communications and creative services accessible to the people excluded from them, through inclusive employment, ethical business practice and purposeful delivery.
Values
- How we belong. We are uncompromising about people. We look after each other and we embrace diversity.
- How we work. We think big and take intelligent risks. We are bold, creative and innovative.
- How we communicate. We are open, honest and constructive, and we act with integrity.
- How we manage our enterprise. We are generous and impact focused.
Led by lived experience
Just Gold is Autistic and LGBTIQA+ owned and led. Many of our team bring lived experience of disability, neurodivergence, cultural identity, parenthood or careers that did not follow a straight line, and that experience shapes our methods and our delivery. We do not outsource inclusion.
We don’t pitch dreams. We ask what you’re willing to change, and who you’re willing to share power with.

Our promise
We meet procurement standards and go further on inclusion. We lead by example, and we partner with organisations that are ready to do the same.
On record
Just Gold is Autistic and LGBTIQA+ owned and led. Every engagement creates paid work for skilled professionals who are routinely shut out of traditional industries, including LGBTIQA+ and disabled people. They work on our clients’ projects to the same standard as everyone else, and clients benefit from advice shaped by people who know from experience where systems fail.
