Autistic led. Built for change.
Just Gold is Autistic owned and led. Autistic thinking shapes how we design strategy, build systems and deliver outcomes.
An Autistic owned and led social enterprise
Just Gold is led by neurodivergent people. We employ neurodivergent professionals and build platforms around their knowledge and leadership. Lived experience drives our delivery model, our methods and our impact.
Autistic Pride Day Global Initiative
Autistic Pride Day falls on 18 June and has existed since 2005, but it lacked infrastructure, a consistent public narrative and tools for access. Since 2022, Just Gold and the Aurum Foundation have led an Autistic designed approach: free public toolkits, digital campaigns and neuroaffirming language frameworks that help councils, community organisations, workplaces and educators mark the day with integrity.
We do not own the day, but we power its platforms, look after its public narrative and build the tools communities use to take part. Resources include:
- Free toolkits for councils, community organisations and workplaces
- Neuroaffirming campaign language
- Visual assets, factsheets and social media templates
Annual themes have included Everyday Autistic (2023), Taking Off the Mask (2024) and Unapologetically Autistic (2025). The City of Sydney partnered with us on Autistic Pride 2025.

Think Autism
Think Autism is the national event series that grew out of Autistic Pride Day, run under the Think platform. It brings Autistic professionals, government partners, community members and institutions together for symposiums, roundtables, panels and public programs, with direct engagement between Autistic people, policymakers and service providers.
Think Autism is Australia’s first Autistic led public discourse platform. It treats Autistic thinking as a method for systems change.
Employment and internships for Autistic professionals

- Creative production and content development
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
- Policy and communications projects
Roles include flexible internships, project based contracts and embedded employment pathways, built on inclusive recruitment and workplace design. For clients, this means inclusive delivery teams and alignment with social procurement.
