Social impact programs from design to measurement
We work with government, enterprises, social enterprises and civic organisations to co design, implement and measure programs that deliver public good. Whether the work is community consultation or policy reform, our methods are trauma informed and led by lived experience.
The work draws on both sides of our model: Just Gold for strategy and delivery, and the Aurum Foundation for community platforms that last beyond a single project.
Social Impact Programs
Purpose driven projects aligned with public sector, social procurement and organisational goals. Includes co design, implementation support, stakeholder engagement and impact measurement frameworks.
Policy and Advocacy
Policy reform and coalition building that change systems. Includes policy development, advocacy campaigns, narrative frameworks and stakeholder alignment.
Community Consultation through The Praxis Framework
Trauma informed, culturally safe consultation that gives communities a real say. Includes stakeholder mapping, lived experience integration, and translating what communities tell us into policy.
Hybrid, Digital and Immersive Events
Events that bring audiences into public life and civic participation. Includes symposiums, community campaigns, immersive engagements and multiplatform outreach, with accessible formats and livestream ready production.
Impact work we have delivered
- Think. A national platform of conferences, summits and workshops that brings government, academia, business and community together, designed and led by Just Gold through the Aurum Foundation.
- Autistic Pride Day. A global campaign and civic platform for 18 June, with annual themes, toolkits for partners worldwide, and events in Melbourne, Sydney and online.
- Shared Studios and Twitter. The Melbourne leg of an international portal activation, delivered at Federation Square within two weeks and connecting Melbourne with Gaza, Lesbos and New York.

Our programs align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Modern Slavery Act, state based social procurement standards and public sector compliance frameworks.
