Who we want to hear from
We are always open to hearing from professionals who share our mission, especially those whose perspectives are underrepresented in their field. If you are a strategist, creative, educator or subject matter expert working where inclusion meets systems change, get in touch.
Just Gold exists in part to create paid work for highly skilled professionals who face barriers to employment. Many of our team bring lived experience of disability, neurodivergence, cultural identity, parenthood or careers that did not follow a straight line.
Join our associate network
Our associate network includes strategists, policy advisors, facilitators, educators, researchers, producers and creative professionals across Australia. We build a team for each engagement, so associates are matched to projects by skills, lived expertise and region, and take part in planning, co design and delivery.
Internships and employment pathways
We offer structured internships, placements and leadership pathways on real client projects. For Autistic and neurodivergent professionals, we create flexible internships, project based contracts and embedded employment pathways across strategy, research, creative production, facilitation, policy and communications.
