Leadership

Kyriakos Gold

Founder and CEO

Kyriakos Gold founded Just Gold and leads it as CEO. He also founded the Aurum Foundation and chairs its board. He has led Autistic Pride Day, the Think platform, and inclusive governance strategies for the Australian Sports Commission, the Victorian Government and national cultural institutions.

Kyriakos holds a Juris Doctor and an Executive MBA from RMIT. He is a non practising lawyer and a former award winning journalist. He was inducted into the Victorian Multicultural Honour Roll, received a commendation from the NSW Parliament, and was Highly Commended for Person of the Year at the 2023 Victorian Pride Awards.

Marketing and public relations

  • Angela Kalliakoudis

    Marketing Lead

    Angela leads marketing for Just Gold and its platforms. She is the media contact for our announcements and works with clients on how their campaigns reach the people they are meant for.

  • Alex Papasimakopoulou

    Public Relations Specialist

    Alex runs public relations for Just Gold and its clients, from media relations to launches, so the work is seen and reported accurately.

Creative and production

  • Justin Zaldarriaga

    Senior Videographer

    Justin leads video production at Just Gold. He shoots and edits campaign films, event coverage and documentary work, taking each project from the shoot plan to the final cut.

  • Jack Tran

    Senior Photographer

    Jack is a highly experienced photographer who leads photography at Just Gold, covering campaigns, portraits and events for our clients and platforms.

  • Yannis Dramitinos

    Photography and Videography

    Yannis works across photography and video, capturing events and the people behind our projects for campaigns and social channels.

  • Chris Wierzbicki

    Graphic Designer

    Chris designs the visual side of our work, from brand identities and campaign assets to reports and accessible documents.

Learning design

  • Stefanie Samargis

    Instructional Designer

    Stefanie designs our eLearning courses and training programs, turning complex material into clear, accessible learning.

Finance and operations

  • John Tzimas

    Finance and Accounts

    John manages Just Gold's finance and accounts, including budgets, invoicing and financial reporting.

Who we are

Our expertise covers policy, communications, design, digital, education and systems reform, across sectors and across Australia. Many of our team bring lived experience of disability, neurodivergence, cultural identity, parenthood or careers that did not follow a straight line, and that experience informs the work we do with clients.

At Just Gold, diversity is the operating model rather than a value statement. We practise accessibility, intersectionality and cultural intelligence on every project.

How we build project teams

We assemble a delivery team for each engagement from our core team and a trusted network of senior associates across Australia. The network includes strategists, policy advisors, facilitators, educators, researchers, producers and creative professionals.

This lets us match the right skills and lived expertise to each project, deliver in region, design for place and bring cultural knowledge into the work. Associates join planning, co design and delivery from the start. It is how we scale without compromising our values and stay ready to contract.

Delivery partner: Aurum Foundation

Our delivery partner, the Aurum Foundation, is a registered charity separate from Just Gold, founded and chaired by Kyriakos Gold. Together we lead Autistic Pride Day. The Foundation operates the Think civic platforms under licence from Just Gold, and The Praxis Framework was developed in partnership with it. The Aurum Foundation page sets out what it does.
