eLearning design and inclusion training in one team
We cover eLearning, facilitation and instructional design in house. Our programs are led by specialists in intersectionality, gender equity and LGBTIQA+ inclusion, and built to meet procurement, compliance and workforce goals.
Every training engagement runs through The Ethos Method and, when required, the trauma informed Praxis Framework, with learning outcomes measured for diverse audiences.
eLearning Design and Delivery
SCORM compliant digital modules built for accessibility and scale. Includes scripting, learning content design, animation, LMS integration, subtitling and Easy English adaptation.
Facilitated Workshops
Interactive, inclusive sessions for leaders, teams and frontline professionals. Topics include inclusive leadership, trauma informed practice, DEI foundations and policy alignment.
Intersectionality and Lived Experience Training
Programs designed and delivered by lived experience professionals. Includes cultural safety, rights based delivery, systems thinking and identity frameworks.
DEI and Inclusive Leadership
Practical training that builds equity into decision making, governance and operations. Includes unconscious bias, inclusive recruitment, organisational policy and compliance integration.
Training we have delivered
- Spark North East Link. Since 2022, a SCORM ready eLearning induction for the largest transport infrastructure project in Victoria’s history. We built it before construction began, filmed it with Spark staff, and update it each year as the site and its safety requirements change.
- T2. Two global training programs, one on managing customer aggression in the workplace and one on seasonal products, filmed in studio and in stores and delivered as SCORM compliant modules.
Standards we work to
Our training aligns with WCAG 2.1, Workplace Gender Equality Agency requirements, the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, work health and safety obligations, and the procurement frameworks our clients operate under.
Aurum Learn, coming in 2027
Aurum Learn, delivered with the Aurum Foundation, opens in 2027. It will bring online courses and our policy library together in one place.
