Any day can be R U OK Day

By starting a conversation and commenting on the changes you’ve noticed, you could help that family member, friend or workmate open up. Today means different things to everyone, whether you are concerned about a family member, a friend or a work mate. Sometimes the hardest conversations to start are the most important ones to have.
