Overview
Spark North East Link has partnered with Just Gold since 2022 on workforce induction across multiple project phases. Just Gold was engaged at the outset, before construction began, to design and deliver a digital induction course.
Challenge
The induction had to simulate site conditions realistically before those conditions existed, and keep pace with changing safety requirements and timelines. It had to be clear and compliant, and it had to be delivered within tight windows.
Approach
Delivered using The Ethos Method, Just Gold led the instructional design and production from start to finish:
- Scripted and storyboarded scenario based learning
- Filmed with real Spark staff in controlled settings
- Developed animated infographics and overlays
- Delivered SCORM compliant modules for LMS integration
- Updated the content each year to reflect changes on site and to policy
