Overview

Think is a national platform designed and led by Just Gold through the Aurum Foundation. It brings government, academia, business and community together for inclusive conversations on complex issues shaping Australia’s future.

Challenge

Australia lacked a consistent platform where lived experience could inform public leadership. Just Gold set out to build one that could work at scale and stay relevant at a systems level.

Approach

Think was built through The Ethos Method and guided by the principles of The Praxis Framework. It has developed across:

  • Think Voice, Think Sport, Think Pride and Think Social, as regional and sector activations
  • Major events, including The Invisible Woman (a concluded two year strategic partnership with the City of Melbourne), Think Greek, Think 3000 with RMIT, and the Think Autism Conference
  • Campaign infrastructure, including digital rollouts, event design and post event engagement tools

Think Talks were delivered in partnership with RMIT University, the Victorian Government and the Cities of Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney, with Just Gold leading creative direction and digital strategy. Think 3000 was a two day experience with RMIT on the future of business, work, technology and design.

Deliverables

  • Platform architecture and strategic roadmap
  • Visual identity and campaign design
  • Event production, speaker selection and evaluation frameworks
  • Digital content and cross sector partnership tools

Outcome

Think has hosted over a dozen activations and has been accessed by 5,000+ participants to date. It has attracted national media, been featured in university, government and industry forums, and been adopted by institutions seeking inclusive civic engagement.
