Everyone we engage deserves dignity, safety, and consistency. Just Gold maintains clear boundaries in all professional relationships, particularly where trust and power dynamics are involved.

What’s expected

  • Keep relationships professional: don’t blur personal and professional lines.

What’s not acceptable

  • Forming romantic or sexual relationships with clients or community participants.
  • Using community spaces or events to promote personal business or beliefs.
  • Breaching confidentiality through casual or ‘off record’ conversations.
